I successfully have been commissioned to be the Project Manager of a three month placement for young people aged 18-25 who have an interest in music and the music industry. The placement will take place at the arts and music venue The Met in Bury.

Part of the role is to hold a recruitment drive and being invited by BIMM through The Met to attend and recruit at the Careers Fair held at The Kimpton Clocktower Hotel was a fantastic way to engage with artists and partnerships. Conversations created awareness and interest .

I am very excited about this project and recruiting five young creatives who will have a paid opportunity to up-skill in an industry they are passionate about. At the end of the programme they will have the opportunity to livestream an online event.
